As a part of the Breathe and Release Cancer Support Community Program of South Central Indiana, I will be leading a Chakra Color Breathing. Chakras are centers located along the body that allow in or keep out energy. Opening and charging the chakras can be a way to increase relaxtion. Sometimes this is called breathing up the rainbow or rainbow breath. You will learn where each chakra lies and what color to bring in to open it up. This program is virtual.

Many of us receive hunches, intuitive hints, or a feeling that something was about to happen and we would like these seemingly ephemeral ideas to become more consistent as well as louder. Unfortunately, we often become more aware when we haven’t heeded that nudge and are irritated we didn’t listen to that wispy bit of knowing. This class will give you an opportunity to explore your intuitive self as we practice techniques to deepen your intuition as well as to recognize how this information enters your energy field. This class will be held over Zoom. The cost is $25. To register.

This month Circle will focus on clearing our heart. When someone says something hurtful towards us or about us we can take it in energetically and then continue to carry it around. It can show up in the field as a block. Sometimes it’s us who says something hurtful to ourselves. We also can carry around the weight of when we have let others down or said something hurtful to another. Or perhaps you feel like your body has let you down?

When we refuse to forgive ourselves or others for past mistakes we hold tight to the pain and it create stagnation in the energy field. Let’s make some space in our hearts.

Join us for this Circle to examine the energetics of work. We will explore the question what is work. Do you enjoy what you do for a living? Hate what you do for work? Or do you enjoy your job except for a particular co-worker? Or perhaps you enjoy your work but find yourself drained afterwards. Or maybe you long for a type of work but believe it isn’t sustainable. At this Circle we will explore tuning into what we work means to us, how to improve our current situation and ways we can unplug energetically from our work.
