On Saturday, October 18th, massage therapist, Autumn Starnes, BCMT, LMT(VA), will be seeing clients at the studio. She is licensed, board certified and some of her specialities include the following; Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Hot Stone, she is an Integrative Reflexologist as well as a Thai Massage Practitioner.  In her free time she enjoys being with her family, studying herbalism, hiking and beekeeping.
