Mindfulness and Movement - 8 week program for kids

In this fun class your child will learn and practice mindfulness techniques as well as a get a chance to move their body. Each class will have different ways to explore becoming aware of their thoughts, feelings, surroundings and how to navigate stress. Skills this class will be building on include: critical thinking, listening and memory. A typical class session will include breathing techniques, mindful listening, group games and lots of physical activity. This class will be co-taught by Elizabeth Bain. Elizabeth has a background as a massage therapist and hatha yoga instructor.

This class is for kids ages 5-9. Fridays from 1:10 PM - 2:30 PM No class Friday, March 30th. Register
