Mindfulness and Movement -4 week program for kids


In this fun class your child will learn and practice mindfulness techniques as well as a get a chance to move their body. Each class will have different ways to explore becoming aware of their thoughts, feelings, surroundings, body as well as how to navigate stress. Skills this class will be building on include: calming down, recognizing feelings and memory. A typical class session will include breathing techniques, mindful listening, and physical activity.

This class will be in person, but we will practice social distancing to keep kids safe.

This class is for kids ages 5-7, once a week for 4 weeks, Mondays from 11:20 AM - 12:20 PM Register http://cvillechec.org/events
